How a headline is chosen
Each model page states the rule for its headline: the longest OEM-published lead time for the Lead-Time Monitor, the longest realistic energization year among fifteen markets for the Large-Load Cost Table, the highest reported book-to-bill in the quarter for the Book-to-Bill League Table, the Turner & Townsend build cost for the lowest-cost US Tier 1 market for the MEP Cost Table, and a count of filings for the OEM Disclosure Scorecard. A model with no number that meets its rule prints none: the Public Bid-Tab Price Book reads "Collecting" until 300 awards are normalized.
